Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you and Sacred Kaleidoscope Community LLC (“we”, “us”) for your use of LC Beacon, a service for writing, scheduling and publishing social media posts. By using LC Beacon you agree to them.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for what happens in your workspace, including what the people you invite do there. You must be at least 18.
Your content
Your posts, images and videos are yours. You give us permission to store them and to send them to the platforms you choose, only so that we can provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to publish what you post.
Connected platforms
LC Beacon publishes through each platform's official connection. Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service where you connect YouTube. Platforms change their rules and limits, and can refuse or remove a post. When a post cannot be published we tell you why, but we cannot guarantee that any platform will accept it.
What you agree not to do
- Publish anything unlawful, deceptive, harassing or infringing, or anything a connected platform prohibits.
- Send spam or use LC Beacon to manipulate a platform artificially.
- Connect an account you are not authorized to post for.
- Try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the service or anyone else's workspace.
Fees
Where LC Beacon is provided for a fee, or as part of a LifeCharter Command Suite subscription, the price and billing terms shown when you subscribe apply.
Availability
We work to keep LC Beacon running and your posts going out on time, but the service is provided “as is”, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for a post that was delayed, rejected or removed by a platform, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for LC Beacon in the three months before the claim.
Ending the agreement
You may stop using LC Beacon at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
