Delete your data
Remove one social account
Sign in to LC Beacon, open Accounts, and press Disconnect on the account. Its stored connection is deleted immediately. You can also remove LC Beacon's access from the platform's side, for example in Facebook under Settings → Business integrations, or in Instagram under Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites.
Delete everything
Email support@lccommandsuite.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject “Delete my LC Beacon data”. We will delete your workspace, posts, uploaded media, connected accounts and their stored connections within 30 days and confirm by email when it is done.
What deletion does not do
Posts that were already published stay on the platforms they were published to; remove those on each platform. Your shared LifeCharter sign-in is kept if you use it for LifeCharter Command Suite or the LifeCharter Collective, unless you ask us to close it as well.
